Terms of Service

By accessing or using Team Quiz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Kadasolutions Hungary Kft., 1139 Budapest, Kartács utca 24-26. 1. em. 15., Hungary (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Team Quiz is an AI-powered quiz platform that allows users to create, manage, and host interactive quiz games for teams and groups. Features include AI-assisted question generation, real-time multiplayer games, leaderboards, and analytics. Some features require a paid credit balance.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Certain features — including AI question generation — consume credits that must be purchased in advance.

• Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• Unused credits are retained on your account indefinitely while your account is active.
• Prices are shown in Hungarian Forints (HUF). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing credits you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Team Quiz uses large language models (LLMs) to assist with quiz and question generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing a quiz.
• Content you submit as input to AI generation features (quiz topics, prompts) is processed by our LLM provider (Google Gemini). Refer to our Subprocessors page for details.
• You retain ownership of original content you create. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for use within the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Use the AI generation features for purposes unrelated to quiz creation (e.g. mass content generation, prompt injection attacks).
• Share your account credentials or provide access to unauthorised third parties.

The Team Quiz platform, its design, codebase, and all original content are the property of Kadasolutions Hungary Kft. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kadasolutions Hungary Kft. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content used in quizzes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
